About Cyancurl Photography

Welcome to Cyancurl Photography - my creative space where I explore different facets of photography. As a photographer, I approach every project with an open and experimental attitude. My name, ‘Cyancurl’, is meant to differentiate my artistic work from my furry alter-ego, but the connection remains: My husky character with his cyan tail is the inspiration behind the name, and this colour also crops up again and again in my work.My photography focuses on three main areas:

• Furry photography: whether at events or in intimate portraits, I love capturing the energy and personality of characters - always looking for the right balance between the animated and the human.

• Gear photography: This is all about a variety of gear such as puppy, leather, latex and motorhead. These images are often a little more risqué and play with the aesthetics of fetish and fashion.

• Urban & Nature: I'm constantly on the hunt for the perfect scene - be it in the rugged urban landscape or in the great outdoors. Here I let the surroundings inspire me and let the image speak for itself.

I like to experiment and, depending on the situation and subject, I choose colours, moods and lighting conditions that make the picture something special. I often play with light and shadow to create subtle effects that enhance the mood of the shot. I don't have a clear message, but try to interpret each subject in their own interesting way and convey their style in an authentic way.As some of my work includes NSFW and adult photography, I would like to point out that this website is only suitable for visitors of legal age.Why ‘Cyancurl Photography’?The name is a way for me to separate my photography from my alter-ego, but still maintain the creative connection.
